Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise cardiac physiologists and the wider cardiology team. Support clinician decision-making and provide second opinions within the service. Conduct audits of clinical standards, contributing to continuous improvement in patient care and safety. Develop, review, and approve clinical protocols and care pathways. Support post-graduate education and training within the service. Maintain effective communication with patients, referring clinicians, and external stakeholders.
