You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including nursing colleagues, clinical pharmacists, dispensary staff, first contact physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, dietitians and care coordinators. We pride ourselves on a positive team culture, with daily clinical coffee breaks, peer support and open discussion to encourage shared learning and excellent patient care. Choice of 4-8 sessions per week with an agreed working pattern
