Salaried GP

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team for 6-8 sessions per week. The role is based across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, providing consistency for both patients and colleagues within our established clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing training practice that values teamwork, innovation and high-quality patient care. We offer 15-minute appointments, a low home visiting workload and strong multidisciplinary support to enable the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs and are keen to support the development of individual clinical interests. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations. Duties will include assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, reviewing results and clinical correspondence, undertaking occasional home visits, and referring patients appropriately. The post holder will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to practice development, quality improvement and QOF activities, and participate in clinical meetings and continuing professional development.
