About the role
Join Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Haematologist, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across inpatient, outpatient and laboratory services. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across two sites, supporting diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of haematology patients. The role includes participation in on-call rotas, MDT working, teaching, audit and service development. Deliver high-quality clinical, educational and managerial services at Consultant level.
Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across Ashford & St Peter's and Royal Surrey County Hospital.
Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, MDT meetings, day unit and anticoagulation services.
Contribute to on-call rotas and provide senior clinical cover, including reviewing admissions and triaging patients.
