General Practitioner/Clinical Lead

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high-quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. Participation in clinical governance activity and contributing to improve health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework are expected, along with adhering to personal and professional standards set by the GMC. Additional responsibilities include the development and review of surgery action plans with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
