The successful candidate will: Deliver a mixture of routine and urgent GP consultations Provide face-to-face and telephone consultations as clinically appropriate Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions Undertake safe prescribing, investigations, and referrals Ensure effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities
