Salaried GP

Old Catton Medical Practice is seeking 2 - 3 enthusiastic and committed Salaried GPs to join our established and supportive team. These opportunities have become available following the relocation abroad of two of our GP Partners, and we are keen to recruit GPs who are looking to become part of a stable, collaborative practice with a strong focus on high-quality patient care. We are open to discussing full-time or part-time working arrangements and are happy to consider flexible working patterns for the right candidates. As a Salaried GP at Old Catton Medical Practice, you will provide high-quality general medical services to our registered patient population, working collaboratively with our wider multidisciplinary team which includes a variety of allied health care professionals.

The role will include: Routine GP consultations, both face-to-face and remote where appropriate. Duty days operating within our well controlled and long established triage system. Management of acute and chronic conditions, supporting the success of QoF achievements with opportunistic interventions. Appropriate prescribing and clinical decision-making. Contribution to practice clinical meetings and service development. Supporting continuity of care for our patients Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams. Participation in practice systems and quality improvement initiatives. Opportunities to undertake vasectomy depending on your training and experience. The opportunity to mentor GP trainee's depending on your training and experience.
