Main duties Deliver high-quality, patient-centred primary care Manage a range of clinical presentations via face-to-face and remote consultations Participate in duty doctor rota and home visiting (supported by paramedic team) Review pathology, correspondence and clinical queries Contribute to QOF, enhanced services and practice development Engage in clinical meetings, audits and quality improvement work Support teaching, training and supervision where appropriate Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and external stakeholders We have built a model that combines scale, innovation and strong team culture to deliver high-quality care while protecting GP wellbeing.
