Job summary Holes Lane Medical Centreis a progressive, innovative, adaptive, and high achieving training practice established in Woolston, Warrington. We have 2 branches located within easy reach of the M62 and M6 motorways that serve a population of 10,200 patients. In April 2024, we introducedMy Care. A new approach in the management of care for patients with long-term conditions. It is collaborative, empowering the patient to have a quality of life by addressing their needs holistically and promoting shared decision making with the support of the clinician. Feedback from patients and staff has been very good. Continual nurse training will be offered to keep this initiative a success.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the practice through the NHS England Practice-level GP Reimbursement Scheme, supporting increased GP capacity and improved access to general practice, working 4 session per week (Monday and a Wednesday) The post is initially offered on a fixed-term contract, reflecting the current NHS funding arrangements. The contract is subject to the availability and continuation of the relevant funding and the practice continuing to meet the scheme's eligibility requirements. There is an expectation that the post may be extended on an annual basis if the GP Reimbursement Scheme and associated funding continue, subject to NHS England/commissioner arrangements and the ongoing needs of the practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside our existing GPs and multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a GP committed to delivering excellent clinical care and who would like to become an integral part of a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
