About the role
We are seeking Two Part-Time Portfolio GPs (2 to 4 sessions each) to join our innovative and forward-thinking practice team in the heart of Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for GPs interested in combining clinical work with leadership, digital transformation, and service innovation. 4 sessions (flexible) £10k to £12k per session (Depending on Experiences & responsibilities) Portfolio career development supported Opportunity to contribute to digital-first general practice model using ChatDoc
The post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple consultation modes and contribute to service development. Duties include: Face-to-face, telephone, video, and online consultations Duty doctor and triage support Clinical management of a diverse suburban population Safe prescribing and medication reviews Accurate clinical records -EMIS Web QOF and local enhanced service delivery Participation in extended access services MDT working and clinical meetings Minimal home visits due to patient demographics Leadership & Innovation Support and develop our digital ChatDoc triage system Contribute to service redesign and digital transformation Opportunity to develop leadership and special interests Optional involvement in education and supervision

List size: ~6,200 patients Diverse, young suburban population CQC rated Good High QOF achievement Strong multidisciplinary team including GPs, ANP, PA, nursing and healthcare assistant team, pharmacists, paramedic first contact physiotherapist and admin staff Active PCN and ICB collaboration We are partnered with Doctaly Assist to enable us to develop digital pathways and improve patient services. We also operate from the award-winning John Morden Centre RIBA Award John Morden Centre providing quality care to the residents of this long standing Almshouse.
