We are seeking Two Part-Time Portfolio GPs (2 to 4 sessions each) to join our innovative and forward-thinking practice team in the heart of Greenwich. The post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple consultation modes and contribute to service development. Duties include: Face-to-face, telephone, video, and online consultations Duty doctor and triage support Clinical management of a diverse suburban population Safe prescribing and medication reviews Accurate clinical records -EMIS Web QOF and local enhanced service delivery Participation in extended access services MDT working and clinical meetings Minimal home visits due to patient demographics Leadership & Innovation Support and develop our digital ChatDoc triage system Contribute to service redesign and digital transformation Opportunity to develop leadership and special interests Optional involvement in education and supervision
