The successful candidate will work 4 sessions per week and this will include 1 On-call session per week with the exception of annual leave where the On-call sessions are shared amongst other Colleagues The practice undertakes telephone triage and the morning is predominantly spent triaging patients, giving advice or arranging a face to face appointments that morning or the afternoon. Administrative Responsibilities Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly.

Process referrals within agreed timescales.

Sign prescriptions within agreed timescales, both manual and EPS

Manage test results and action accordingly

Manage clinical workflow and action tasks effectively.

Assist with reports and medical information requests when required.
