This is a patient-centred General Practitioner role, delivered from your nominated practice site and supported by a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term condition management. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, including ARRS roles, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. Key responsibilities include: Providing face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations Managing acute and chronic health conditions Undertaking home visits where required Supporting preventative healthcare and health promotion Completing associated clinical administration Working collaboratively within the practice and wider partnership Empowering patients to manage their own health and wellbeing
