About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our growing team. We are a flexible and forward thinking Practice.
F2F/E-consults/Telephone consultations with patients. Long term conditions Medication reviews Reviewing/Actioning Pathology EPS sign off Involvement in QOF/IIF and local contracts
We have just under 16604 patients. Currently, 2 GP Partners, 1 clinical Partner and 1 non-clinical Partners, 3 GP's,3 ANP's, 4 Practice Nurse, 4 GPA's , 2 Clinical Pharmacist and 2 FCP, and an administration team of 29 staff members. Friendly team, fantastic admin support and a supportive educational environment. Single site practice, recently extended and full renovation. We work closely with attached community services. CQC Rating 'GOOD'

Essential
- A medical practitioner whose name is included in the
- General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the
- General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003
- Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the
- Medical Act 1983
- Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of
- Completion of Training CCT)
- Currently on a PCT performers list and not suspended from
