As a PCN General Practitioner at Operose Health, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan. Your role includes participating in clinical governance activities and contributing to quality health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, ensuring that the practice meets CQC standards and other quality benchmarks. You will be involved in providing direct clinical care that incorporates consultation sessions, telephone triage, clinical administration, and other duties as prescribed in the job plan. Additionally, you are expected to maintain adherence to high personal and professional standards as set by the GMC, focusing on individual patient care as the top priority. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and the site clinical lead is essential to developing, delivering, and reviewing the surgery's action plan, covering aspects like patient list growth, satisfaction levels, quality of care, and cost management.
