As a valued member of the Operose Health team, a General Practitioner will deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the surgeries' operational plan. You will maintain quality within the practice, ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contributing to improving health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will provide clinical care to patients, including in-person and video consultations, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, and other clinical administration tasks. You will work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the surgery action plan development, delivery, and review, and adhere to high professional standards as set by the GMC.
