Specialty Doctor

This post is based in Leeds at Asket Croft. The caseload are primarily resident in Leeds but there are some supported accommodation placements within the wider West Yorkshire footprint. The post is fulltime 10 PAs, with no on call work. It is preferable that the postholder will have section 12 approval and AC status or the commitment to achieve AC status. Less than full time candidates will be considered though a full time post has been funded. The designated office base will be at Asket Croft in Leeds and hybrid working with a proportion of time working from home is possible. It is expected that the post holder will be able to work flexibly across the county where necessary, alongside the Consultant. It is expected that the post holder will work with the MDT to ensure regular and timely clinical care to both community patients and those in engagement or consultancy streams in locked rehabilitation. Due to the nature of the patient group, reviews are carried out primarily as home visits or hospital reviews and usually in partnership with other members of the MDT.
