As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients, aligning with clinical leads and the practice team to support operational objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality through participation in clinical governance activities, improving health outcomes via audits, and meeting CQC standards. Clinical duties cover consultations both in-person and by video, telephone triage, medication reviews, and other essential tasks. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead on strategic planning, focusing on patient satisfaction, resource management, and KPI targets. We require registration with the GMC and NHS performers list, GP accreditation, and a commitment to quality patient-focused services. Knowledge of systems like SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous.
