We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dedicated Mental Health Team at HMP Chelmsford, a Category B local prison and Young Offender Institution for adult males aged 18+, based in Chelmsford. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a wellestablished multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for patients with both stable and acute mental health needs.You will play a vital part in delivering highquality, patientcentred care within a unique and highly rewarding clinical environment, while also contributing to service development and clinical leadership. This is a real opportunity to shape mental health provision, work as part of a strong and supportive multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable individuals within the criminal justice system.
