As a General Practitioner at Operose Health in Leeds, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered at Shakespeare Medical Practice. You will collaborate closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to ensure the effective execution of the surgery's operational plan. Your role will include maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to improved health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. Your duties will cover consultation sessions (in person, video, and phone), clinical administration, meetings, and on-call activities, all while adhering to the highest professional standards set by the GMC. Working with the Practice Manager, you'll support the development and review of surgery action plans, focusing on growth, patient satisfaction, and other performance metrics.
