Salaried GP - Part-time

A NEW opportunity has opened at The Elms Surgery in Watford for a permanent 6-session Salaried GP, offering not just a role but a pathway to meaningful career progression. The practice offers a supportive working environment with regular lunchtime tutorials and weekly clinical meetings. There are also opportunities to be involved in teaching medical students and postgraduate PA students, with plans to pursue training practice status in the future. As a Salaried GP, you will manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of health needs in a primary care setting. This includes a mix of face-to-face and remote consultations, clinical decision-making, prescribing, and maintaining accurate patient records, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
