About the role
We are seeking GP bank staff that can work evening shifts. We may have already reached capacity for our Locum GP's regardless if the advert is still running - We reserve the right to close the advert before date advertised. Shifts Midnight to 8am - Please do NOT apply if you are unable to complete overnight shifts. We are seeking GP bank staff that can work evening shifts. Rates of pay are £90 to £100 per hour We are also seeking GP's that can cover for EA and SDA shifts in practices As a GP, you will be responsible for providing face to face care in our urgent care centre for patients In order to provide an effective service, you will be working directly with the employees of the Whipps X including nursing and administration teams. Other key communication and relationships include: patients and carers, acute trusts, General Practitioners, advanced nurse practitioners, neighbourhood teams, community hospitals, social care staff, local hospices, palliative care teams As a key member of the Whipps X Urgent Care Centre (UTC), the GP will be responsible for providing face to face care for patients that access the service, when the UTC is open Patients who present to the UTC will be walk-in patients or patients booked in by NHS 111 or directed by a healthcare professional. The GP will ensure that all patients are dealt with appropriately and efficiently, whilst maintaining a high-quality service and keeping the high standards that are expected. Bank staff shifts
