As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of surgeries operational plans. Maintaining quality within the practice is crucial, ensuring participation in clinical governance activities and contributing to the improvement in health outcomes through audits and frameworks. Your role will include providing clinical care to patients in line with the total triage model, involving consultation sessions both in-person and via video, telephone triage, correspondence, medication reviews, safeguarding lead, and other clinical administration and meetings.
