Specialty Doctor Elderly Care/Intermediate Care

Post and Specialty: This is a well-established post but is vacant due to the previous doctor leaving the organisation. This is funded as 6 Programmed Activities (6 PAs) post with 5 Direct Clinical Contact activities (DCC) and 1 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs). This is a substantive, part time (3 days) post and we are also open to consider flexible working, job share or fixed term if preferred. The expectation of the post holder is to support their teams, the Directorate and the organisation to follow the Trusts Values in their day-to-day work

This is a well-established post soon to be vacant due to the previous doctor leaving the organisation. A lot of transformation has taken place already and continues to take place within Intermediate Care Services in Essex. This post is currently vacant, and we wish to recruit to this post as soon as possible. This is a replacement, substantive, part time post 6 Programmed Activities (PAs) post with 5 Direct Clinical Contact activities (DCC) and 1 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs). The successful candidate will work as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team providing care to adults and older people admitted to the Community Hospital Inpatient ward for Rehabilitation and discharge planning. The post holder will be provided with clinical supervision and support from existing consultants
