Elective ENT Locum Consultant

Optimised Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Locum Consultant ENT Surgeon to join our growing elective healthcare service. Working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver efficient patient pathways while maintaining the highest standards of safety, governance, and patient experience. We are looking for a GMC Specialist Registered ENT Consultant with a strong track record in elective surgery, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centred care. The successful candidate will provide consultant-led ENT care across elective outpatient and surgical services, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective elective services, helping to improve access to care and reduce waiting times. You will be expected to maintain excellent clinical governance standards, ensure accurate record keeping, and actively promote patient safety within all aspects of practice.
