Implemented total triage model with a focus on high-quality care, continuity, and inclusivity. Were committed to using digital tools to improve care delivery and efficiency. Regular quality and safety meetings with other SPC practices to share best practices and learning, fostering continuous improvement. Group safeguarding lead to provide expert guidance on safeguarding concerns.

MRCGP Qualification and GMC Registration Listed on the NHS National Performers List (England, Wales, or Northern Ireland).
