As a Bank General Practitioner at Operose Health, you'll be a vital part of our team at Cricketfield Surgery in Newton Abbot. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients, working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgerys operational plan. Your responsibilities will include ensuring participation in clinical governance activities, contributing to the improvement in health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and working with the practice manager to support the development and review of the surgery action plan. Ideal candidates are experienced doctors with GP accreditation, GMC registration, and engagement in regular clinical work. Sound knowledge of QOF and clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb is preferred.
