About the role
Looking for a genuinely supportive practice where continuity of care, clinical autonomy and work-life balance are still valued? Eynsham Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. The successful applicant will join a strong and established team of 10 salaried GPs, working alongside experienced partners and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team within a collaborative and supportive practice environment. Why Join Us? We believe General Practice should still feel rewarding. That means manageable workloads, protected development time, continuity with patients, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We foster a culture where everyone has a voice, contributes, and feels supported to develop professionally. We have a strong team of salaried GPs with a wide range of interests that we actively support, including care home medicine, medical student teaching and GP registrar training. There are opportunities to take on additional roles and responsibilities within the practice, with associated protected time and/or additional remuneration, and we actively encourage career development within our salaried GP team.
