The role of a General Practitioner at Operose Health involves delivering high-quality clinical care at the Cassidy Medical Centre in London. The practitioner works closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to execute the surgery's operational plan effectively. As part of the role, the GP must ensure participation in clinical governance activities and contribute to the improvement of health outcomes through audits and various quality standards. Responsibilities also include providing clinical care through consultation sessions, telephone triage, and other administrative tasks such as results, medication reviews, and safeguarding. The role demands adherence to the highest professional standards defined by the GMC, prioritizing individual patient care. Additionally, the practitioner collaborates with practice management to develop and review the surgery's action plan, focusing on resource management and patient satisfaction levels.
