As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care. Your responsibilities will include consulting patients and supporting the clinical leads to execute the surgery's operational plans. You'll ensure participation in clinical governance activities and contribute to improving health outcomes. Your duties will involve direct patient care, including consultations in person, by phone, or video, and overseeing various clinical tasks. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical lead to develop and review action plans aimed at enhancing services. The job requires adherence to GMC standards and prioritizing patient care. Candidates must have GMC registration, experience, and knowledge of QOF and clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb.
