Salaried GP

We are currently looking for a 4-6 session Salaried GP to work in our large, supportive and friendly practice. We are a well-established GP practice serving 18,000 patients and are located in Honiton in East Devon. We have a diverse clinical team that includes 6 GP Partners, 12 Salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nursing and HCA teams, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and FCP physiotherapists. We also have a Health and Wellbeing Coach team that works closely with our local CMHT. We are the lead practice in our PCN, working with two other local practices, and have a Good CQC rating. In addition, we are a training practice currently supporting GP registrars, medical students and nurse practitioners. This opportunity has arisen following the relocation of one of our GPs and as part of our ongoing commitment to expanding and strengthening our clinical workforce to meet the needs of our growing patient population. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who is proactive, well organised and passionate about delivering high standards of patient care. Each morning we have a coffee break that provides an opportunity for peer support and case-based discussion, and each month we hold clinical educational meetings to support learning and development.
