The Role As a GP within our practice, you will: Work across our 3 sites within Dean Medical Practice although predominately based at Blakeney Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Contribute to continuous improvement and service development Support preventive healthcare and population health initiatives Maintain excellent clinical standards and patient experience We Are Looking For GMC-registered General Practitioner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centred care Team player with a positive and proactive approach Passion for innovation and continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive remuneration NHS Pension Scheme BMA model contract terms & conditions Flexible working options Supportive and inclusive culture Opportunities for career progression and specialist interests Modern clinical systems and infrastructure Interim GP Lead developement oppotunity Controlled Workload GPs have 15 minute appointments, paid breaks (lunch).
