Salaried GP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly two-partner practice for 46 sessions per week, salary depending on experience. We are a well-established practice caring for a patient population of over 5,500 and offer a supportive, collaborative and welcoming working environment. As a small practice, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues and play a valued role within our team. We are looking for a GP who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centred care and would like to become part of a close-knit practice where teamwork, continuity of care and professional development are valued. The successful candidate will provide a broad range of general medical services to our practice population, working alongside the GP partners and wider multidisciplinary team. The role will include a mixture of face-to-face and telephone consultations, management of acute and long-term conditions, clinical decision-making, prescribing and appropriate onward referral. The GP will also contribute to clinical governance, practice meetings and the ongoing development of patient services. We are particularly keen to appoint someone who values continuity of care, good communication and a collaborative approach, and who will enjoy becoming part of our friendly and supportive practice team.
