This is an exciting new post within a highly regarded specialist service that supports people with complex mental health needs to live safely and meaningfully in the least restrictive environment. MhIST is an innovative, recovery-focused multidisciplinary team with a strong national reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The service works creatively and collaboratively with individuals who are at risk of long inpatient stays or delayed discharge, helping them build stability, independence and community connection. This post offers the chance to provide expert clinical leadership, work alongside a skilled and supportive MDT, and play a key role in the ongoing development of an ambitious and values-led service.
