Locum Practice Nurse

This role is being advertised on behalf of Littleborough Group Practice and the successful applicant will be directly employed by Littleborough Group Practice.

The Practice Nurse will provide high quality, patient centred care in a primary care setting. The post holder will undertake routine and complex clinical tasks, deliver preventative health interventions, and manage long term conditions. The nurse will work within the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support practice objectives.
