Consultant in General & Vascular Anaesthesia

Applications are invited for a General Consultant Anaesthetist with subspecialist interest in Vascular Anaesthesia.

A candidate who is unable for personal reasons to undertake the duties of a whole time post will receive equal consideration. If such a candidate is appointed the job content will be modified as appropriate in consultation with consultant colleagues and local management.

The James Paget University Hospital, The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn are now working in partnership as the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.

All future senior medical and dental appointments will be expected to work in collaboration across the Group and, irrespective of initial job description and job plan, be willing to work on more than one hospital site, dependent on service needs. Service location may change as our future models of care are developed by our clinically led networks through our acute clinical strategy. Some of the clinical procedures or services the appointee will be expected to deliver may be based at sites other than their primary site of employment.
