GP Receptionist/Patient Service Advisor

Moulton Surgery has a vacancy for a part-time Patient Service Advisor. We are ideally looking for someone to work 30 hours per week. Please note that this could be at Moulton Surgery or our branch site at University of Northampton. Monday 8am - 630pm Thursday 8am - 630pm Friday 8am - 630pm We are looking for someone who can handle pressure, think on their feet within a busy and sometimes demanding environment. Customer Service is really important to us along with a can do attitude. It is essential that you are a friendly, flexible, self-motivated and a hardworking individual.

Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. To adhere to the strictest confidentiality when handling medical records and other information, pertaining to patients. Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
