About the role
We are a friendly, supportive and dynamic training PCN seeking a Salaried GP to join our clinical team on a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027. We are offering 7 sessions per week, with 4 sessions at Grove House Surgery and 3 sessions at West Meads Doctors Surgery, both within the closely integrated Bognor Coastal Alliance PCN, alongside a competitive salary. We understand the pressures currently facing general practice and have worked hard to create a sustainable and supportive working environment. Our appointment structure is designed to allow clinicians the time to provide high-quality patient care safely and effectively, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We pride ourselves on being approachable, well-organised and genuinely supportive of one another. There is also potential for future employment opportunities beyond the fixed-term contract for the right candidate.
