An exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Clinical team. Vale Group Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP to join our established practice in Barry, South Wales, working 6 sessions per week. We are a friendly, forward-thinking practice committed to providing high-quality patient care while supporting the wellbeing and professional development of our multi disciplinary clinical team. Our 4 dynamic and supportive Partners meet on a weekly basis to provide direction to our 80 members of staff. We have a well developed, multi-disciplinary team comprising of GPs, Pharmacists (Independent/Minor Illness trained) ANPs, Mental Health Nurse, Physios and an experienced team of Practice Nurses. Our experienced team of Care Navigators direct patients to the most appropriate Clinician. We have approximately 20k patients and 70+ staff working across 5 sites in and around Barry. Our well established Administrative team provide excellent support to our Clinicians so that they can concentrate on providing our patients with the best possible clinical care.
