We have an excellent multidisciplinary practice team including Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacy Technician, a Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescriber, First Contact Musculoskeletal Physician and Nursing team experienced in chronic disease management including Diabetes and Respiratory illness. Our management, administration team and care navigators are highly trained to enable us to concentrate on patient care and to reduce our administration workload. Daily shared coffee breaks allow staff to meet up and we hold weekly practice meetings including team meetings, clinical meetings and educational meetings to support an environment for CPD, shared learning and practice development.
