About the role
Join a specialist team where relationships change lives. If you're looking for a role that offers clinical autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a lasting difference for adopted and care experienced children and young people, we'd love to hear from you. This role is part-time working 22.5 hours per week.
You'll manage your own caseload, working autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, relationship-based care for children with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. No two days are the same as you work creatively alongside families, carers and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We're proud of our team culture, built on kindness, respect and collaboration. Flexible working is available where service needs allow, helping you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Professional development is at the heart of our service. We actively support continuing professional development and encourage clinicians to develop specialist interests in areas such as trauma and attachment, neurodevelopment, therapeutic interventions, consultation, research and quality improvement. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to service development, innovation and audit as our pathway continues to evolve.
