Our team includes experienced GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, paramedics, and an excellent administrative and reception team who work cohesively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Clinical and administrative systems are well established, allowing our clinicians to work efficiently and safely. We are continually reviewing our processes to reduce unnecessary workload and promote sustainable working practices. Our PCN and Practice teams have positive and supportive working relationships, and we have a strong multi-disciplinary ARRS team which includes Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Paramedics, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, an FCP and GP assistants.
As a Salaried GP employed under Parkwood PCN at Danes Camp & The Parks Medical Centre, you may be required to work at any one of our 6 sites: Danes Camp Rillwood Grange Park Blisworth Roade Hanslope
You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services to our patients. Working 8 sessions per week with the sessional rate of pay of £11,000k per session per annum. You will be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). Duties Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients Managing a varied caseload of acute, chronic, and preventative care Undertaking telephone and face-to-face consultations Contributing to the ongoing development of clinical services Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team Participating in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement activity Supporting continuity of care and patient safety initiatives
