As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, your primary duties include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and supporting the clinical leads and local practice team in implementing the surgery's operational plan. You will be involved in maintaining quality within the practice by participating in clinical governance activities and contributing to health outcomes improvement through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. In addition to providing clinical care in line with the total triage model, your responsibilities include handling consultations, both in-person and via video, conducting telephone triage, managing correspondence, reviewing results and medications, signing prescriptions, safeguarding, conducting medical reports, performing home visits, attending surgery meetings, and being on-call (excluding out of hours). The role requires adherence to high personal and professional standards as set by the GMC, prioritizing patient care, and collaborating with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development and review of the surgery's action plan.
