We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Salaried GP within our friendly, forward-thinking training practice, where staff wellbeing, professional development and clinical excellence are central to our ethos. Our practice continues to grow in both scope and capability, with dedicated research facilities now established and enhanced clinical services available to patients within practice including diabetes specialist, rheumatology and sexual health clinics. Our clinical team is comprised of four Partners, three Salaried GPs and a skilled multidisciplinary workforce comprising Paramedic Practitioners, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses with specialist expertise in heart failure and diabetes. Through our Primary Care Network, we benefit from the expertise of a wide range of specialist practitioners enabling us to deliver high quality, patient centered care across the Congleton and Holmes Chapel area. As a Salaried GP at Readesmoor, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our practice. You will work as an autonomous clinician, delivering exceptional, patient centered care while upholding the highest professional standards and adhering to GMC guidance for good medical practice. You will contribute to the effective management of the practice, lead by example and foster positive, collaborative working relationships across the multidisciplinary team.
