As a valued member of the Operose Health team, the ARRS General Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered at The Loxford Practice. The role involves working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgerys operational plan. Responsibilities include participation in clinical governance activity, improving health outcomes through audits, and ensuring adherence to CQC standards. The practitioner will offer consultations in person, via video, and through telephone triage, along with completing clinical administration. The ideal candidate will hold current registration with GMC and NHS performers list, possess GP accreditation, and demonstrate commitment towards patient-focused services. Familiarity with clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous.
