As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, your main responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients at the Balderton Primary Care Centre. You will report to the clinical leads and support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan. Responsibilities involve maintaining quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities and adhering to the highest standards as set out by the GMC, focusing on individual patient care. You will maintain and improve health outcomes through audit processes and contribute to meeting quality standards like CQC. Clinical care encompasses patient consultations in person or via video, telephone triage, medication reviews, and prescription signing. Alongside the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, you will support the surgery action plan, ensuring list growth and better patient satisfaction levels and achieving KPI targets while managing resources efficiently.
