About the role
We are looking for experienced or newly qualified GPs to join us. Up to £5,000 signing up bonus. T&C's apply Southover Medical Practice are looking for a salaried GP for 6 sessions per week. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (2 sessions per day). Our GPs, patients and practice teams benefit from innovative tech and workflow management processes. This approach improves patient access and hugely streamlines administrative tasks, freeing up GPs to focus on clinical work with the support of highly trained multi-disciplinary teams. Main Responsibilities: Key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in qualify health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework and contributing to the practice

Our aim is to enhance patient access using innovative technology and workflow management processes, thereby allowing GPs to dedicate more time to clinical work with support from highly trained multi-disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients attending the GP surgery, maintaining quality within the practice through clinical governance participation, and supporting the delivery of the operational plan. You will also engage in consultation sessions, triage, administrative tasks, and meetings. A commitment to the highest personal and professional standards in line with GMC guidelines is essential. The role demands clear dedication to quality and patient-focused services, knowledge of QOF, and ideally, a working understanding of clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb.
