Are you a GP looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a warm, values-led practice ? Cornerstone Practice and Healthcare - Providing NHS Services is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our team on a part-time basis. This post is offers 2 sessions every Friday - morning at Lambeth Street Surgery and Shadsworth Surgery afternoon - making it an ideal opportunity for a GP seeking a manageable, fixed-day commitment alongside other professional or personal commitments. You will be part of two well-established clinical teams, both dedicated to delivering excellent whole-person care to our diverse patient populations. Full support from our experienced clinical and administrative staff is guaranteed at both sites. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality primary care across two of our Practice sites - morning sessions at Lambeth Street Surgery and afternoon sessions at Shadsworth Surgery, every Friday. Key duties include:

Face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing a varied and rewarding caseload Home visits for patients unable to attend the surgery Reviewing and signing repeat and acute prescription requests Completing clinical administration, correspondence, and patient record coding Working collaboratively with two established multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care Contributing to on-call and triage duties on a pro-rata basis This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP who enjoys variety, values flexibility and wants to be part of a supportive, community-focused practice.

Essential

Good clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills
Good communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft office
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Sound interpersonal skills- tact and diplomacy
Experience of working in a primary care/general practice setting
Experience of continued professional development
Experience of QOF and clinical audit
General understanding of the GMS contract
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in deprived communities
Sensitive to and able to work within the Christian purpose and values of the Practice

Flexible, confident and enthusiastic approach
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Qualified GP-MRCCP or equivalent

Desirable

Minimum 2 years of General Practice experience
Ability to use persuasive skills regarding sensitive issues
Experience of audit and quality improvement
Experience of working with EMIS Web
Experience in Obstetrics and/or Child Health Surveillance
Previous experience in a busy, multi-site general practice
Interest in community and social issues
Willingness to identify new ideas, embrace improvement and changes

Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP)
