Main Duties of the RoleAs a Salaried GP at Weatheroak Medical Practice, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our registered population through a combination of face-to-face, telephone and online consultations. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and long-term conditions, promoting preventative healthcare and supporting patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver safe, effective and coordinated care. The role also involves reviewing test results, managing clinical correspondence, maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to the continuous improvement of services within the practice. We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering excellent clinical care, supporting colleagues and helping the practice meet the evolving needs of our patients and community.
